About the role:
A Field Sales Representative operates one of our iconic 7.5 tonne ‘showroom on wheels’ in a defined, exclusive territory. Your role is to service Technicians in the automotive market on a weekly basis and sell the most sought-after tools in the industry to professionals who want and need them. In a role where it’s impossible to get bored, you will become an integral part of the Snap-on UK network! As a passionate representative of the brand, you’ll be the highlight of your customer’s day as you work to uphold our century-long reputation of excellence.
You will be responsible for:
Building and maintaining your customer base by offering outstanding service, repairs, and the most innovative products on the market. Duties will include:
Making face-to-face sales, whilst identifying future sales and upselling opportunities
Marketing all products and up-and-coming promotions
Merchandising, stock display and maintaining cleanliness of your mobile store
Working with customers to develop and maintain strong payment terms and conditions via our established credit facilities
Working with the customers to collect on all agreed credit accounts
Maintaining required records, weekly paperwork, and banking of cash
Managing and controlling inventory levels
Trialling new product ranges (as agreed with the business)
Processing any repairs and warranties
Undertaking any other duties that may be required to ensure the smooth running of the business.
