Job description:

Snap-on Finance are looking for a driven and proactive individual to join their busy Portfolio Management team. This role will support the businesses administrative needs for our portfolios and provide ongoing collection support.

The collection requirements of this role includes portfolio maintenance (customer service / collection of overdue payments), direct customer and franchisee contact. This candidate will have a superb telephone manner, enjoy building relationships and thrive during one to one interactions.

Personal Specification:

·         Has 5 or more GCSE’s at C grade or above.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·         Professional Telephone Manner

·         Excellent computer skills, particularly relating to Microsoft Office.

·         Positive, outgoing and can do attitude.

·         The ability to work independently.
